What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how IdealHire treats personal information that IdealHire collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that IdealHire does not own or control, or to people that IdealHire does not employ or manage.

General

• IdealHire collects personal information when you create your profile.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, zip code, industry, and other career related information. Once you register your profile and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• IdealHire uses information for the following general purposes when you opt in to the this site : to match and rank your professional qualifications to the job opening criteria, to display your profile content to our client/employer users, to create and display your resume URL and to contact you with system or client generated messaging specific to your career search at our client organizations.

• IdealHire does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies.

• You can edit your profile, including your contact information, at any time.
• You can delete or deactivate yourself from this site at any time by logging into the system, clicking on "Profile", then clicking on "Preferences". You will see check boxes for "Delete my profile from the system" and "De-Activate my profile". After checking the appropriate box, click "Save".
  CAUTION: A deleted profile cannot be recovered. A de-activated profile becomes active the next time you log in.
